We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your membership or request a refund. Our Refunds/Cancellations Policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness to all our members:

1. • Refunds: You may request a refund of your membership fees within 15 days of membership application, subject to the conditions outlined below.

   • Cancellations: You have the right to cancel your membership at any time, but refunds are only applicable within the specified timeframe.

   • Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 15-30 working days after the request is approved and credited back to your bank account only after due diligence.

   • Conditions: Refunds are only applicable if the membership is canceled within the specified timeframe and if the membership benefits have not been fully utilized.
